BRIEF

As a new counseling practice, Rosewood Psychotherapy didn't have any identity established besides a logo. Seeking to grow their presence, Buhv Designs was contacted to assist in development of their brand & website.

All work depicted below was completed during my time working at Buhv Designs.

DEVELOPING THE BRAND

The entirety of Rosewood Psychotherapy's visual identity was built around their existing logo & their mission of guiding individuals through their unique, lived experiences. The aforementioned is all reflected in the carefully selected photographic content, brand voice, and color palette.

Soft, muted colors invite visitors to a safe space — shades of purple allude to a sense of spirituality and introspection, meanwhile green as an action color encourages growth and renewal.

With each individual's own journey being emphasized in Rosewood Psychotherapy's mission, images of persons with their identities obscured (i.e. no clear faces in any frames) help prospective clients project their own & experiences into those being depicted. Atmospheres of reflection & self‑examination are a motif to keep users anchored to the practice's overarching goal.
